1. Tirer la langue
Oui, vous avez bien compris ! Ce n’est pas une des techniques les plus glamour mais c’est une des meilleures pour faire disparaître ou prévenir votre double menton. Donc ouvrez grand votre bouche et tirer votre langue au maximum vers le bas ! Faîtes cette grimace une dizaine de fois.
2. Mâcher un chewing-gum (sans sucres, cela va de soi !)
Eh oui, mâcher un chewing-gum va vous aider à diminuer votre double menton. C’est simple, le mouvement de mastication fait travailler la partie du visage qui se trouve sous le menton. Cela va donc permettre de le tonifier.
3. Tourner la tête
Il suffit juste de tourner doucement (attention au torticolis) votre tête à gauche, maintenez la position environ 5 secondes puis répétez le mouvement à droite. A exécuter plusieurs fois par jour !
4. La méthode X-O-X-O
Vous allez paraître ridicule mais cette technique a fait ses preuves ! Il faut répéter alternativement les lettres « X » et « O » en exagérant la prononciation. Faîtes cela régulièrement et vous aurez non seulement une diminution du double menton mais aussi une forme de visage bien sculptée.
5. Avancer la mâchoire
Dans cet exercice, il faut avancer votre mâchoire inférieure, comme ci vous vouliez toucher votre nez avec vos lèvres. Maintenez cette position une dizaine de seconde puis relâchez et répétez cette technique plusieurs fois dans la journée.
Il arrive néanmoins que ces méthodes ne fonctionnent pas toujours. En effet, l’amas graisseux formant le double menton peut parfois être logé plus profondément derrière le muscle platysma. Dans ce cas, il existe diverses méthodes pour le supprimer :
La chirurgie esthétique
